Returns Policy – Full-Size Products

We follow a “No Questions Asked” return policy for all full-size products purchased from our store.

  • You may return unused products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Used or tried products cannot be returned.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@pureaatman.com and our team will guide you through the process.

Important Instructions:

  • Cosmetics: Packaging must be intact and unopened. Products should not be tried or tampered with in any way.

  • No Pickup Service: We do not provide reverse pickup. Customers are required to ship the product back to our warehouse at their own cost. The return shipping address will be shared with you by our team over email.

  • Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original box, along with the invoice.

  • Clearance Sale Products: Items bought under clearance are non-returnable and non-replaceable.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse.

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking): Amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 3–5 working days.

  • Cash-on-Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via:

    • Bank Transfer (details to be shared over email at info@pureaatman.com), or

    • Cheque in the “Billing Name” used while placing the order.

⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs, Cash-on-Delivery charges, and Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only while in the “Pending” state.

  • Once processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please email info@pureaatman.com with your reason.

  • Cancellations are processed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll be notified by email.
